For our Assisted Living Residents, the transition was seamless and very much welcomed as they now have the ability to call for assistance throughout the community. Because of the dramatic increase in coverage throughout the campus and effectiveness of the system, the utilization of the pendants by our Independent Living residents has increased dramatically. We feel that we have a “cutting edge” system that was made possible by Systems Technologies providing expertise, service, support, innovation that has far exceeded our expectations.
