Our experience with the Vision Link system has been very good and we have received excellent service. We are able to run reports with this system to see how long call lights are on, in which room, etc. We can see if there are any types of problems on certain shifts etc. Vision Link has been able to do anything we would like it to. We have been 100% satisfied with our system.
